By placing your order with Jujumana you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.
● Items are priced in USD.
● All items are handmade therefore they will contain slight irregularities.
● I aim to keep my website up to date and accurate, and items offered for sale are normally in stock but errors and unexpected demand may occasionally happen. If an item you have purchased is no longer available, I will let you know asap and confirm timescales or options.
● All items are shipped out in recycled, eco-friendly, compostable, padded paper mailers.
• REFUNDS AND RETURNS •
• Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your purchase, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
• The customer is responsible for any possible import taxes when receiving their goods.
• When refunding you for a return, i will deduct any possible import tax fee i got for receiving the returned items.
• Please make an informed purchase by reading each description thoroughly. If purchasing a ring, know your ring size. If you are unsure, any local jewelry store can measure your finger, or you can use these methods below:
• SHIPPING INFO •
● All orders are shipped currently from Switzerland.
● Made to order pieces take approx. 6-8 weeks to ship.
● Orders within Europe take approx. 5-10 days to arrive from time of shipment.
● Orders outside of Europe take approx 10-16 days to arrive from time of shipment.
● Please make sure you are ordering to an address that is secure, as I can't do anything in case of
stolen packages.
● Once the parcel has been shipped, I hold no responsibility for lost or damaged goods. I pack the jewelry as atomic bomb-safe as I can. Insurance can be added to all orders.
● Buyers are responsible for the import duties, VAT and other charges that are NOT INCLUDED in the item price.
Please check with your country’s customs office for detail prior to purchasing.
● Please keep in mind that the actual colour of stones and other materials may look different in person depending on the monitor.
